This dish could hardly be simpler. When marinating fish and seafood with jerk seasoning, it does not take as long as with meat, but you should still try and give it some time. You can jerk just about any kind of fish but use your discretion with those with very delicate flesh. This meal is great with creamy mashed cassava, yam or potatoes and a side dish of greens.
