Naturally sweet Medjool dates, coconut, chia seeds and toasted hazelnuts mixed with strong espresso coffee make this a winning early morning gym combo.

Ingredients

  • 50 g/2 oz/ cup unblanched hazelnuts

  1. Line the base of the grill or broiling pan with a piece of foil, fold up the edges then grill the hazelnuts for 2–3 minutes until lightly toasted. Rub in a kitchen towel to remove the brown skins.
