The sounds of roller coasters and the smell of funnel cake won’t be far from your mind when you make these corn dogs. Best of all, no one will ever suspect they are gluten-free. (Or that a tad of sugar contributes to the beautiful color and crunch and makes them faintly sweet, just like the golden corn dogs of our youth.)
