Method

  • Combine cherries, sugar, salt, flour and lemon juice. Pour into pie shell. Dot with butter.
  • Bake in moderate oven (375°F.) 40 minutes. Cool on rack.
  • Spoon Cinnamon Jelly Glaze over cherries. To serve, garnish wit
