Method

  • Chill pie shell 30 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, combine sugar, flour, salt and cinnamon. Sprinkle about 2 tblsp. of this mixture over bottom of chilled pie shell.
  • In large mixing bowl, lightly toss together sliced peaches and remainder of sugar mixture.
  • Pour peach mixture into pie shell. Dot with sour cream and sprinkle with grated cheese.
