Ingredients

Method

  • Combine pears, apples, sugar, flour, cinnamon and salt. Place in pie shell. Topping: Combine brown sugar, flour, pecans and butter. Sprinkle over top of pie.
  • Fold a 14" circle of foil loosely over top and around sides of pie. Bake in hot oven (425°F.)
