Method

  • Combine mincemeat, apples, raisins, grape juice and lemon peel in bowl. Pour into 9" pie pan lined with pastry. Adjust top crust, cut steam vents and flute edges.
  • Bake in hot oven (425°F.) 40 to 45 minutes
