Ingredients
- Unbaked 9" pie shell
½ c 1¼ c
Method
- Cream butter and sugar; add egg yolks, one at a time, beating well after each. Add dates, coconut, orange peel and juice.
- Beat egg whites until stiff but not dry. Fold into filling. Turn into pie shell.
Bake in slow oven (300°F.) 1 hour
