Method

  • Combine and blend together egg, pumpkin, sugar, salt, spices and evaporated (not condensed) milk.
  • Pour mincemeat into bottom of pie shell, spreading evenly. Spoon pumpkin mixture over mincemeat layer.
  • Bake in hot oven (400°F.)
