- Unbaked 9" pie shell
1¾ c 1 c
Method
- Combine squash, sugar, salt and spices.
- Blend in eggs, milk and butter. Pour into pie shell.
Bake in hot oven , or until silver knife inserted in filling 1" from pie’s edge comes out clean. Coo(400°F.) 50 minutes
