Pureed Sweet Potato Pie

For a special occasion, top pie with whipped cream, sprinkle with walnuts
Ingredients
- Unbaked 9" pie shell
2 c 2
Method
- Bake sweet potatoes until tender, peel and mash. Make sure all lumps are removed, straining if necessary.
- Mix all ingredients together and pour into pie shell.
Bake in hot oven or until a silver knife i(400°F.) 50 minutes
