Traditional Apricot Chiffon Pie: Orange Pie

Method

Blend ½ c. sugar, gelatin and 1 c. orange juice with yolks as directed in Lime Pie. Add 1 tblsp. grated orange peel and, if desired, red and yellow food color before cooling, to step up orange color. Fold into egg white mixture. Garnish with shredded orange peel.
