  • Combine gelatin, ½ c. sugar, flour and salt in medium-size saucepan. Gradually stir in milk. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to boil. Remove from heat, cool. If mixture becomes too stiff, beat with mixer or rotary beater until smooth.
