  • Combine gelatin and ½ c. sugar in top of double boiler. Gradually stir in milk and cook over boiling water until milk is scalded.
  • Beat egg yolks with cornstarch to blend well. Gradually stir half of milk mixture into egg yolks. Return to double boiler and cook over boiling water, stirring constantly, until mixture is thickened. Cool, then chill until mixture star
