Ingredients

  • 2 Ice Cream Pie Shells
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, sliced (use fresh ones in seaso

Method

  • Partially thaw berries.
  • Whip cream; add sugar, vanilla and food color. Fold in strawberries. Pour into Ice Cream Pie Shells. Freeze. To serve, cut in wedges.
