Combine apples, salt, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and lemon juice.
Divide pastry in half and roll one half to make 11" square. Dot with 3 tblsp. butter, fold over and roll out again to make an 18" X 12" rectangle. Cut in 6" squares. Repeat with second half of dough.
Place about ⅓ c. apple mixture on each square of pastry; fold over and seal edges by pressin
