Method

  • Drain peaches. Measure ¾ c. syrup. Add gradually to cornstarch in saucepan, stirring to blend.
  • Cook, stirring constantly, until thick and clear. Add almond extract and drained peaches. Cool and pour into pie shell. Top with Praline Topping.
