Ingredients
- Pastry for 2-Crust Pie
1 1 lb. 12 oz.
Method
- Combine mincemeat, applesauce and lemon juice. Spread in pastry-lined 9" pie pan. Adjust top crust; flute edges and cut vents.
Bake in hot oven , or until pie is golden brown.(400°F.) about40 minutes
