  • Baked 9" pie shell
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • ¼ c. sugar
  • ½ tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. heavy cream, whipped
  • 1 (1 lb. 5 oz.) can prepared cherry pie filling


  • Beat together cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until light and fluffy. Fold in whipped cream. Spread evenly in pie shell.
  • Spoon pie filling over top. Chill thoroughly before serving.
