Ingredients
- Baked 9" pie shell
1 qt. 1 c
Method
- Beat together ice cream, pumpkin, sugar, salt and spices with electric beater until well blended.
- Pour into pie shell. Sprinkle with nuts. Freeze until firm. If pie is kept longer, store in a plastic bag. Serve frozen.
