Ingredients

  • Baked 9" pie shell
  • 1 qt. vanilla ice cream, slightly softened
  • 1Β½ c. prepared mincemeat
  • ΒΌ c. chopped nuts
  • Maraschino cherries, well drained

Method

  • Beat together ice cream and mincemeat. Spread into pie shell. Sprinkle with nuts and maraschino cherries, cut in halves.
  • Freeze until solid, about 4 hours. If kept longer, place in plastic bag. Serve frozen.
