vanilla ice cream
, slightly softened

Method
Beat together ice cream and mincemeat. Spread into pie shell. Sprinkle with nuts and maraschino cherries, cut in halves.
Freeze until solid, about 4 hours. If kept longer, place in plastic bag. Serve frozen.
