Canned apricots go glamorous in pie
Ingredients
- Unbaked 9" pie shell
1 1 lb. 13 oz.
Method
- Spread apricots in pie shell; sprinkle with lemon juice.
- Combine flour, sugar and spices. Mix with butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over apricots.
Bake in hot oven . Serve warm or cold, topped wi(400°F.) 40 minutes
