Method

  • Combine meat, potatoes, celery, onion, salt and pepper. Place in pastry-lined 9" pie pan. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
  • Adjust top crust; seal. (Do not cut steam vents in it.) Sprinkle lightly with paprika.
