Ingredients
- Pastry for 1 (10") 2-crust pie

Method
- Divide pastry in three equal parts. Roll one third to make 8" X 15" rectangle. Trim edges and cut to make 2 (7") squares. Place on baking sheet. Repeat with other two thirds of pastry.
- Arrange layer of potatoes on half of each pastry square, top with layer of onion and then with meat. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and dot with butter.
