Method

  • Cook sausage and onion together in skillet, breaking up sausage with fork, until sausage is browned and onion is tender. Drain off excess fat. Add orégano, salt and pepper.
  • Beat eggs and milk together. Stir in sausage and cheese. Turn into pie shell and Bake in very hot oven (450°F.)
