  • Melt butter; blend in flour, salt, mustard and pepper. Add onion and milk; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is thick and smooth. Add eggs, ham and peas.
  • Pour hot mixture into 2 qt. casserole. Roll pastry dough slightly larger than top of casserole. Place over warm ham mixture and fold edges under. Flute against inside of casserole. Make s
