Method

  • Cook bacon until crisp. Remove from skillet and crumble; drain off fat. Return 1 tblsp. fat to skillet; add onion and cook gently until tender, but not browned.
  • Place bacon, onion and cheeses in pie shell. Blend together eggs, cream, salt and pepper. Pour over mixture in pie shell.
  • Bake in moderate oven
