Ingredients

  • 6 slices bacon
  • ½ c. chopped onion

Method

  • Cook bacon until crisp, remove from skillet, drain and crumble.
  • Cook onion in bacon drippings until tender. Remove and drain.
  • Combine bacon, cheese, flour and mushrooms. Beat eggs and beat in light cream and salt; add onion.
  • Divide cheese-bacon mixture in 12 Pat-in-Pan Tart Shells. Spoon egg mixture over
