Method

Make the Filipino Spaghetti, minus the hot dogs. After tossing in the final pat of butter and Parmesan, take a tongs’ worth of the pasta and drape it over a hot dog in a warm bun. Finish with cheddar, more Parmesan, parsley, and onion. Repeat with the remaining hot dogs and buns. Serve immediately.
