Ingredients

  • 2 1-lb. cans low-fat, low-sodium chicken broth
  • 3 large potatoes, peeled and diced finel

Method

  1. Pour broth into slow cooker.
  2. Add potatoes, onions, creamed corn, and carrot.
  3. Cover. Cook on High 1 hour. Stir. Cook on High another hour.
  4. Using a potato masher, mash potatoes coarsely to thicken soup.
  5. Add clams, milk, salt, black pepper, salt, and parsley.
  6. Cover. Cook on High 20 minutes.
