  • About

Bring back the steamed pudding! I will! So here is one of my family's favourite suet puds.

Ingredients

  • 100g/4oz self-raising flour
  • a pinch of salt

Method

Sift the flour, salt and spice into a bowl. Add the suet, breadcrumbs and sugar and mix well. Stir in the marmalade and a little milk, water or orange juice to make a stiff but manageable dough.

Tip into a well-greased 1.2 litre/2
