  • About

The honey in this mouth-watering shake brings out the fruitiness and goes well with the mint. And then a little bit of salt is crucial to bring out the flavour of everything. Shake it, baby!

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe mango, peeled
  • 1 banana, peeled and roughly chopped
  • ½ papaya, peeled, deseeded and roughly chopped<

Method

  1. Cut the ‘cheeks’ off the mangos. You do this by cutting through the flesh, alongside the central stone, so that you are left with two rounded fleshy sides and a stone that still has quite a lot of fruit around it. Roughly chop the cheeks. Cut as much of the fruit from around the stone as you can.
  2. Put all the ingredients in a blender and whizz thoroughly.
