  • About

This is a good first fry for a novice, as the wax beans cook easily with minimal prep and fuss. Make sure to coat the ingredients well. The idea is to create a crunchy crust while steaming whatever is sealed inside. Be gentle with the battered beans in the early stages of frying. If you agitate them too much, you run the risk of breaking the crust and exposing the beans themselves to the oil, and the dish will wind up feeling a bit greasier.
