Method

In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, salt, and baking powder. In a separate bowl, combine the egg yolk, egg, vanilla, and cream.

Pulse the butter and sugar in a food processor until the butter is pale and fluffy. Pulse the flour mixture into the butter, followed by the egg mixture. Continue to pulse until both are incorporated and a dough forms. It will be a bit shaggy but should form i
