This butter is a proper cheat code that instantly adds loads of flavor to anything. It’s also highly adaptable. You can incorporate basil and shiso in the summer, for example. For subtle heat, add some chile flakes, or, in the spring, incorporate some tarragon and chervil and use the butter to finish a piece of slow-roasted fish. Just avoid using dried herbs.
