Apple Streusel

When time is very limited, making a Tarte Tatin is out of the question. But you still need to have something to offer for dessert, so skip the slow caramelization of the apples. Don’t even peel them. Just quarter them, remove the core, slice into thin wedges, and make a streusel topping.
