This cold grouse dish is very good for a shooting picnic. It is a Yorkshire dish which always endears it to me. All grouse moors are beautiful (on a fine day) but it was in Yorkshire that a group of anti-hunt campaigners were trying to disrupt a grouse shoot and got lost when the mist came down.
