  • About

This is a Swedish recipe designed for moose. You can buy lingonberries in IKEA if you are lucky enough to have one, or use cranberries or red currants. The cheese in this recipe was originally hard cheese spiked with aquavit, but in its absence, use Romano. If you like, soak the cheese in a little brandy, then let it dry before slicing it with a potato peeler.
