Method

Take 12–18 small, oblong buns, either homemade or purchased. Cut off the tops and carefully remove the soft interiors. Stuff with carrots in bechamel sauce and sprinkle with grated cheese. Replace the tops, paint with butter, and sprinkle with more cheese. Using a feather, moisten the tops with rich bouillon and bake in the oven for 5 minut
