Ingredients

  • Boiled potatoes 1 lb.
  • boiled cabbage ½ lb.
  • boiled onions

Method

  1. Boil the potatoes and shred them.
  2. The cabbage and shred it.
  3. The onions (changing the water twice whilst cooking them), shred them also.
  4. Mix all together.
  5. Season with pepper and salt.
  6. Put into a frying-pan with a lump of good beef dripping or butter.
  7. And brown nicely.
