Cook fish and vegetables in a flavorful sauce with no mess and no fuss by steaming them in individual foil packets. Feel free to swap in your favorite flavorings and quick-cooking vegetables. Serve with steamed brown rice, available frozen in many supermarkets.

Ingredients

  • fresh lime juice, 2 Tbsp
  • low-sodium soy sauce, 1 Tbsp plus 1

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. In a blender, whirl lime juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, and red pepper flakes until well blended.
  3. Have ready 4 squares of aluminum foil, each about 18 inches (45 cm) long. Place 1 sheet
