  • juice and grated zest of 1 lemon<

Method

In a bowl, stir together the yogurt, lemon juice and zest, garlic, and minced mint. Season with the ground coriander, honey, and salt and pepper. Beware: Never use a mixer or blender for this dip, or it’ll become as runny as a milkshake—just stir with a spoon.
