Method

Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Rinse the beets under cold water, then cut the greens from the beets and set aside. Put the wet root bulbs on a sheet of heavy-duty aluminum foil and seal them in a pouch, allowing enough space inside for the steam to circulate.
