Smoky, sticky, sweet, finger-licking ribs! (Just be sure to lick YOUR OWN fingers.) These are inspired by Homegrown Smoker, my fave vegan BBQ joint in Portland, Oregon. I’m not saying my ribs are as good, but they get me there without the airfare. Serve with corn or mashed potatoes or mashed sweet potatoes or rice or coleslaw or all of the above.
