This is so easy I’m embarrassed to call it a recipe, but I make garlic rice dozens of times a year, and as simple as it is, I absolutely can’t resist it. It’s yellow garlicky rice—what’s not to like about that? I use this recipe often with curries but also in rice and beans or with a tomato-y stew.
