Ingredients: crushed toasted peanuts for garnish; peanut butter to taste; 5 g (¼ oz) salt; 300 g (10½ oz) dark chocolate, roughly chopped; 3 eggs; 75 g (2¾ oz) cold butter, diced; 15 g (½ oz) caster (superfine) sugar; 20 g (¾ oz) skim milk powder; 20 g (¾ oz) Dutch (unsweetened) cocoa powder, sifted; 160 ml (5½ fl oz) cold water; 70 g (2½ oz) plain (all-purpose) flour, sifted; 30 g (1 oz) dark chocolate, roughly chopped; 500 g (1 lb 2 oz) Chocolate ice cream; 200 g (7 oz) raspberry jam

Prepare the chocolate ice cream following the instructions. Place the chocolate ice cream in a bowl and leave for 5 minutes to soften. Add the chocolate pieces and mix well with a spatula. Store in the freezer until required.
