Another “signature” dish of mine, and a recipe that I picked up when I lived in the States many years ago. A tender, spicy pulled pork recipe that is easy to prepare and cook as well as being perfect for large gatherings. The homemade BBQ sauce adds a fabulous smoky and tangy taste the pork as well as a subtle sweetness. Serve the pulled pork with crusty bread or in toasted brioche buns with coleslaw and pickles.
