  • 175 ml milk
  • 5 g fresh yeast
  • 1 tsp

Method

Warm the milk until it is tepid, remove it from the heat then add the yeast and stir until it has dissolved.

Add the oil, salt, egg yolk, sugar and flour, and mix well to make a smooth batter.

Cover and leave in a warm place for 30 minutes until it begins to ferment, when bubbles will appear on top of the mixture.
