The Bloody Mary is a great favourite at Le Caprice, particularly by the pitcher for Sunday Brunch.


  • 150 ml vodka
  • 60 ml Worcestershire sauce
  • 90 ml


Bloody Mary

Fill your glasses to the top with ice.

Into a 1-litre jug pour the first five ingredients, top up with the tomato juice and stir thoroughly.

Pour into the ice-filled glasses, garnish and serve.


Cold tinned beef consommé is used to replace the tomato juice.
