Method

  1. In a large-sized saucepan, boil the milk and Thai tea. Remove from the heat. Infuse for 30 minutes. With a fine sieve, strain the tea into a medium-sized bowl and re-measure the Thai tea milk to 225 grams, add more milk if necessary.
